Victor J. Pellegrino, Partner
We honor our beloved friend, partner, confidant, and skilled counselor, Victor J. Pellegrino. Vic lost a courageous battle to cancer and continues to be missed for the contributions that he made to our firm, to the legal community, and to our Tampa Bay area. His passion for the law and defense of the accused is a loss for our profession.
As an attorney with our firm, he was a highly sought after DUI attorney with a command of the courtroom. Nationally known as a DUI speaker and Dean of the National College for DUI Defense, he was inspiring and dedicated to his craft and eagerly strived to teach others. As a family man, he was loving and committed. As an attorney, he was a quiet strength in our judicial system and one of the nation's best DUI lawyers. As our partner, he was our friend and we continue to miss his dedication to our profession every day.
Victor was a graduate of Vermont Law School and a founding member and Regent of the National College for DUI Defense. His frequently lectured throughout the country and served as lead counsel in over 1000 DUI cases throughout his career. As a quiet and gentle man, Victor would not want us to boast about many of his legal accomplishments throughout his 32 years of practice. We will respect the man, the lawyer, the friend, and the family man by teaching others the craft that he shared with us.
And it is our pledge to honor Victor's memory by continuing to represent those who are charged with a crime with the same compassion, dedication, and commitment that he displayed throughout his life.
