Mr. Bauer has been practicing criminal law since his admittance to the Florida Bar in 1972. After starting his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas and Pasco counties, he formed his own firm specializing in Criminal Defense exclusively. As a Board Certified Criminal Defense Trial Lawyer since 1990, he has represented hundreds of citizens charged with crimes ranging from homicide to misdemeanors. He attended University of Florida and received his law degree from Washington & Lee University, College of Law. Mr Bauer is skilled at defending any criminal offense and is also experienced in working with Immigration attorneys for clients who are not currently US citizens.

Mr. Crider began his career over 35 years ago as a Pinellas County Deputy Sheriff and was certified to operate one of the first breath testing devices. He then received his law degree and was appointed an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas County. During this time, he garnered additional certifications related to DUI's, alcohol and testing research at a highly esteemed course which was taught by the inventor of the first breathalyzer. Mr. Crider was among the first candidates in the State of Florida to achieve his Board Certification in Criminal Defense Trial Law. During his career, he has exclusively dedicated himself to the profession of criminal law.

Mr. Parry has always practiced in the area of Criminal Law since his admittance into the Florida Bar in 1985. His practice began where he served as an Assistant Public Defender and quickly ascended to Chief Assistant Public Defender, overseeing 60 attorneys while also handling cases ranging from juvenile crimes, drug charges, DUI's and murder. As a Board Certified Criminal Defense Trial Lawyer since 1994, he was also the Editor of the manual "Defending a Capital Case in Florida" from 1997-2007. In 1998, Mr. Parry joined Bauer Crider & Parry and in 2001 was named a Partner in the firm. In his thirteen years with the firm, he has successfully handled felony and misdemeanor cases and was responsible for the acquittal of a Spanish National who was wrongfully accused of First Degree Murder and on Death Row. Curtis M. Crider, Partner

Mr. Curtis Crider began his career over 14 years ago as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco and Pinellas counties. In this position, he was responsible for prosecuting thousands of criminal cases, ranging from DUI's to Second Degree Murder. In 2000, Mr Crider joined the law firm of Bauer Crider & Parry where he holds the title of Partner. For the past ten years, he has focused his practice entirely on criminal law. He also has a strong focus in his practice on Criminal Appeals as well as Post Conviction matters. As an example of his strength in this area, Mr. Crider was responsible for overturning a life sentence for a 35 years old Florida man who was originally convicted of Sexual Battery.

Mr. Kenny joined the criminal defense team of Bauer Crider & Parry in June 2009 after a successful career as an Assistant State Attorney in New Port Richey. As a State Attorney, he developed powerful cases through strong research and investigative skills and developed a strong reputation as a powerful litigator. Mr. Kenny graduated Cum Laude from Stetson Law School and was the recipient of a prestigious advocacy award. He gained valuable experience from his internship as a The Florida Supreme Court Clerk which he applies to his practice in Criminal Law.
